Monica Long, President of Ripple, stated at the XRPL Apex conference held in Singapore that regulatory clarity is a critical turning point for advancing Ripple and the entire industry. She pointed out that a clear regulatory environment enables Ripple to expand its business and attract more partners. Previously, due to regulatory uncertainty, many companies that understood the value of payments and crypto custody were cautious about cooperating with Ripple. As the United States promotes a comprehensive regulatory framework for the crypto industry, Ripple's long-term litigation case is also approaching its conclusion. Recently, Ripple has signed multiple cooperation agreements, including a partnership with Guggenheim to launch digital commercial paper on the $XRP Ledger, and the tokenized U.S. Treasury fund OUSG by Ondo Finance going live on the XRPL.
