Circle CEO: Will Build Financial System on the New Operating System Layer of the Internet

Odaily Planet Daily News: Circle co-founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire posted on the X platform stating that encrypted protection, globally accessible data, transaction, and computing networks constitute a new operating system layer of the internet (blockchain networks). Circle will build the internet financial system (stablecoin network) on top of this layer.
