We’re pleased to officially announce that AINX has successfully closed a $2 million seed funding round, led by @AlphaGamma_io, a firm specializing in the intersection of Web3 and artificial intelligence. The round was also supported by multiple angel investors from the AI and Web3 sectors.

This funding will accelerate our mission to build the next-generation decentralized AI infrastructure—open, transparent, community-driven, and accessible to all—realizing our vision of “AI for Everyone.”

NodeX is the core infrastructure of AINX, providing a low-barrier, high-efficiency edge computing network. It enables both individuals and enterprises to contribute compute, host models, and participate in AI data flow—without relying on centralized cloud platforms. Every node becomes an integral part of the ecosystem.

Our long-term vision is to building the NVIDIA + AWS + OpenAI of Web3: building a unified protocol that integrates compute, AI services, incentive mechanisms, and decentralized governance.
