Bitwise Predicts Three Major Drivers Will Propel Bitcoin to a $300 Billion Investment Surge

According to TechFlow on May 26, Bitwise analysts predict that Bitcoin investment will experience explosive growth driven by three emerging engines: institutional investors, listed companies, and national governments. The report indicates that institutional investors are expected to invest approximately 120 billion USD by the end of 2025, exceeding 300 billion USD by the end of 2026. Since the launch of Bitcoin spot ETFs in 2024, the investor structure has undergone significant changes, with total crypto ETF investments hitting a historic high of nearly 188 billion USD in May 2025. Large wealth management platforms such as JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs may allocate between 60 billion and 600 billion USD to Bitcoin investments. Meanwhile, if countries convert 1% of their gold reserves to Bitcoin, it would bring in over 32 billion USD in investments.
