After an incredible 2 years at the @arbitrum Foundation, I’m excited to join @tallyxyz as Head of Strategy 💙

Working alongside the @arbitrum community has been the most rewarding chapter of my career, no cap.

ArbitrumDAO isn’t just experimenting with decentralized governance—it lives it. The DAO autonomously governs its treasury and @arbitrum contracts, and charts its own direction. It’s been a ride helping to shape something real, resilient, and evolving.

Huge thanks to all delegates, contributors, SPs, and the teams at the AF and @OffchainLabs. I’ve learned so much from all of you—Coffee’s on me, always! ☕️

I’m not going far. @tallyxyz has been a core contributor to Arbitrum’s governance since day one, and I’m excited to help deepen that support and expand what’s possible across ecosystems.

Tally has made it easy to launch DAOs, but we’re just getting started. Here’s what I’ll be focused on:

1️⃣ Evangelizing how traditional companies can build, or go public onchain.
With regulatory frameworks maturing, there’s room to explore compliant, programmable alternatives to IPOs. Onchain equals global, 24/7 access, aligned ownership, and transparent governance.

2️⃣ Exploring ecosystem-specific token applications.
From staking and incentive design to value accrual and fee routing, tokens should drive participation, sustainability, and long-term protocol resilience.

3️⃣ Strengthening decentralized governance systems.
Improving delegation flows, feedback loops, and contributor incentives to ensure governance scales with protocol complexity, while staying accessible and accountable.

@tallyxyz is building the software layer for onchain organizations—making it easier to launch, govern, and grow with clarity and flexibility.
