According to Foresight News, a spokesperson for Uniswap Labs responded to the infringement lawsuit filed by Bancor, stating, "This lawsuit is baseless, and we will defend against it accordingly. The code of the Uniswap protocol is open-source and has been public for many years. At a historic stage of development for DeFi, this is truly a waste of effort and distracts us from our focus."
