TIBBIR is the stealth-launched project of @RibbitCapital, the $12B AUM fund that rescued $HOOD and is the reason it exists today. @ribbita2012 was stealth-launched by the founder of Ribbit Capital, @mickymalka, who is an investment board member of Robinhood and owns 1.5% of $HOOD shares.

In 2024, Micky also filed "Tibbir Trust & Tibbir Holdings LLC" with the SEC and transferred millions of dollars’ worth of Robinhood shares to that legal entity - whose name matches the stealth-launched token.
