BTCS Inc. has arranged financing to buy up to $57.8M Ether ($ETH)

The company has entered into an agreement for the issuance of convertible notes led by ATW Partners LLC.

This capital infusion enables us to expand our Ethereum validator node operations and increase $ETH holdings—executing at what we believe is a critical inflection point in Ethereum's growth trajectory. As the Ethereum ecosystem evolves, $BTCS remains committed to building scalable infrastructure that drives recurring revenue and long-term value for our shareholders.

The initial $7.8 million tranche includes a personal investment from CEO Charles Allen, reinforcing leadership’s alignment with our strategy.
