Work on Ethereum’s first Based Rollup, drive L2 preconfirmation R&D, and help shape the future of Ethereum scaling.

👇What you’ll do:
- Lead protocol design for based rollup sequencing and L2 preconfirmation
- Research MEV mitigation and PBS in an L2 context
- Work with the core @alethiataiko team & our partners to turn research into production-ready specs and implementations
- Contribute to Ethereum through EIPs and public research
- Track Ethereum and rollup trends to improve the protocol

🧠Requirements:
- 3+ years in blockchain protocol research or systems engineering
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, rollup design, MEV, and L2 protocols
- Experience contributing to Ethereum protocols or EIPs preferred
- Strong communication and prototyping skills
