Good morning, Earthlings 🖖
We have just returned from a productive week in the US, where SpaceComputer joined top builders and innovators at @initc3org's @CUBlockchain Conference in NYC.
We then completed a short roadshow meeting academics, researchers & students at Yale and Princeton.
🛰️ Here are a few key takeaways 🛰️
The US crypto landscape is shifting:
Momentum is growing for responsible innovation—especially at the state level—as the regulatory fog slowly lifts. NY and others are working to stay relevant in a tokenized financial future.
Institutional interest is rising:
There’s clear curiosity from traditional finance, but still a gap in understanding around decentralization and self-custody. Bridging that gap—without diluting core principles—is the opportunity.
Academic partnerships matter:
Across Yale, Princeton, and Cornell, we saw strong potential for long-term collaboration. Lectures, internships, and joint research efforts will be key to building lasting bridges.
Privacy and infrastructure are top of mind
Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), P2P layers, and system-level improvements are gaining real traction. Conversations are finally catching up to the complexity of real-world applications.
The space thesis has been confirmed ✅
We are building cypherpunk systems for the space frontier—this vision resonated strongly everywhere we went.
We'll be back to the US soon 🌎👽
Special thanks to @0xFanZhang, @ciamac, and @timevalueofart for the invites and hospitality!
