In the Nikkei's comprehensive ranking of AI models, Tongyi Qianwen Qwen2.5-Max ranked sixth, surpassing well-known domestic and international large models such as DeepSeek-V3 and OpenAI o3-mini. The media mentioned that many emerging Japanese companies are developing enterprise large models based on Qianwen. So far, Alibaba Tongyi has open-sourced over 200 models, with global downloads exceeding 300 million times, and the number of derivative models of Qianwen exceeds 100 thousand, making it the world's number one open-source model.
