🔵Several figures in the crypto industry are seeking a Trump pardon, with lawyer fees reaching up to one million dollars
DeThings, May 7 — According to Bloomberg, as the number of pardon cases in Trump's second term surges, multiple crypto industry figures—including FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), and early Bitcoin advocate Roger Ver—are actively pursuing pardons from the White House. Some are trying to secure opportunities through donations, social media campaigns, and lawyer fees as high as one million dollars. It has been disclosed that Roger Ver has hired lawyers and lobbyists closely connected to Trump, and the Sam Bankman-Fried family has also engaged Republican lawyers to submit pardon applications. Trump has pardoned or commuted sentences for 1,600 people, exceeding the total from his first term.
