Wu Shuo learned that Paul VanGreck, Legal Vice President of Coinbase, posted that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the states of Illinois, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vermont, and Alabama have withdrawn lawsuits against Coinbase's staking services. Currently, California, New Jersey, Maryland, and Wisconsin have not yet withdrawn their lawsuits. VanGreck estimated that residents of these states have lost over 90 million USD in staking rewards since June 2023. Coinbase calls for an end to the crackdown on staking services as soon as possible.
