This new solution aims to enhance platform capabilities by allowing developers to create customized RWA applications and infrastructure. Scheduled for official release in Q3 2025, AppLayer will be built on the modular blockchain Celestia, leveraging its data availability solution to lower storage costs. It will also be compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), facilitating seamless integration with Ethereum ecosystem DeFi projects.
