Aztec developers have launched a new platform called 'StealthNote' aimed at protecting anonymous whistleblowers. This tool utilizes zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) to ensure user privacy while allowing users to prove their affiliation with specific organizations. Users can anonymously share sensitive information, such as internal company messages, without revealing their identities. StealthNote employs ZK proofs and NoirLang circuits, enabling users to anonymously prove their access to company email accounts by extracting the necessary information from Google JWTs. Currently, the platform appears to be limited to Gmail accounts, but the team plans to add integrations with Microsoft and other single sign-on providers, as well as features like "Slack bridging." Aztec Network is a privacy-focused Layer 2 solution on the Ethereum blockchain that uses zero-knowledge proofs to enable private transactions and scalable applications.
