Spicenet Monthly Update: March 2025 Rundown

March was an electrifying month for Spicenet as we accelerated toward our vision. From major technical integrations to community growth and our first team offsite in Bali, we've made remarkable strides.

Here's a breakdown of our journey this past month:
‣ Engineering Achievements: Spicenet Execution Network
We've successfully integrated with @Polymer_Labs, @modenetwork, and @AlloraNetwork, expanding our reach. Our research team completed the multi-party coordination spec between solvers & service providers, while implementing proof-of-concept solver-to-solver coordination over TCP overlay.
We've also finalized research for coordination between Spicenet L1 & execution network, enabling offloading of transactions from the L1 to the execution network.

‣ Spicenet L1 Progress
The last leg of core modules are being developed and tested with validator testnet underway to test Celestia integration, transaction confirmations, and batch creation.
We've integrated with @babylonlabs_io to transform Spicenet into a Bitcoin-secured network, providing access to $2T worth of Bitcoin security and liquidity.
Further security enhancements come through @Karak_Network and @symbioticfi integrations, securing our network with pristine assets like $ETH, $BTC, and stablecoins.

‣ Developer Experience Updates
TypeScript SDK development is advancing rapidly with multiple core modules already integrated. An internal testnet is scheduled for April, aimed at comprehensively testing core modules end-to-end, setting the stage for external developer onboarding.

‣ Community Growth & Engagement
Our community saw explosive growth with our referral program (temporarily paused to refine tracking and rewards). We've added weekly Karaoke events every Sunday to our community calendar. Come show off your vocal talents!
The Ambassador Program continues to evolve with multiple upgrades, including eleven community role advancements and three new Spice Gods (bringing the total to 10).

‣ Founder AMAs & Community Education
To build a more product-focused community, we launched bi-weekly AMA sessions with our co-founders. These sessions provide insights into Spicenet's vision, development progress, partnerships, and technical concepts, creating a more informed and engaged community.

‣ First Team Offsite in Bali
March marked our first official team offsite in Bali, where our core team gathered to brainstorm, collaborate, and strategize for Spicenet's future. This face-to-face interaction strengthened our collective vision and roadmap for the coming months.

‣ Business Development & Initiatives
We are working with several big-name customers already to pilot some of the products that we'll be announcing soon.
We also launched "Spicy Takes," a new X Spaces series that aired its first episode in March, providing unfiltered takes on crypto for our community.

‣ April Preview
As we move into April, expect more partnership announcements, technical milestones with our internal testnet, and continued community growth initiatives. The foundations we've laid in March set us up for even greater achievements ahead.
