"Hi I'm @mihal_wojtas and I officially joined the Solana ecosystem in early January 2025 when I became the lead for @SuperteamPOL . From the outside, @solana already looked like the fastest-growing ecosystem with the most potential - especially because of its strong focus on founders and builders. But stepping into it from the inside has been an entirely different experience. The quality of the community, the projects being built, and the people behind the Solana Foundation have all exceeded my expectations. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and open, making it easy to feel at home. I’ve quickly found my place here, and today I feel like a true part of the Solana ecosystem - not just a participant, but someone helping to shape it.

▶️ Can you describe Superteam Poland and tell us when it started?

Superteam Poland launched in mid-January 2025 with a kickoff event that brought together over 250 people from across the Polish tech and crypto space. Our main mission is to grow the Solana ecosystem in Poland across multiple dimensions: building a strong community, supporting founders, onboarding talent from Web2, driving educational initiatives, and promoting Solana through partnerships and institutional outreach.

What makes this role especially exciting is its range - I might spend one day talking to decision-makers at a major bank, and the next mentoring students at a Solana bootcamp. That flexibility is key to our strategy. We started strong, and I’m focused on keeping up that momentum by adapting to the needs of different stakeholders and making sure Solana becomes the go-to platform for builders in Poland.

▶️ What's your goal on Solana?

My goal is to make Solana the number one blockchain in Poland. I want Solana to be the first thing that comes to mind when someone hears about blockchain or decides to start building in Web3. Whether you're a student learning to code, an experienced founder launching a startup, or someone curious about dApps - Solana should be your entry point.

I’m working on building a support system in Poland that can respond to the needs of every type of talent - from developers and designers to founders and community leaders. I want to see more Polish projects choosing Solana, raising funding faster, and scaling globally. That also means establishing relationships with institutions so that if any bank, government agency, or university in Poland starts exploring blockchain, their first partner is Solana.

▶️ Is there an interesting project you'd like to share with us?

I have to go with @moonwalkfitness . I truly believe consumer apps on Solana are about to explode, and Solana will be the first ecosystem where dApps gain real traction with users who don’t even realize there’s blockchain under the hood. That’s the future - and Moonwalk is a great example of it.

I’ve been using Moonwalk daily for over two months now. It’s helped me build better habits and become more productive. At Superteam Poland, we even organize weekly community challenges around it. It’s one of those rare apps that blends real utility with web3 incentives in a way that feels natural - and that’s exactly the kind of innovation we want to see more of on Solana.

▶️Why are you a Jito user?

I'm a @jito_sol user because I believe in using tools that improve the performance, fairness, and decentralization of the Solana network. Jito plays a key role in making MEV more transparent and aligning incentives between validators, stakers, and users.

What I also appreciate is how close the Jito team is to the community. They're constantly shipping, listening to feedback, and pushing the ecosystem forward. As someone who's deeply involved in Solana’s growth, it only makes sense to support and use protocols that are building critical infrastructure the right way.
