The ArbitrumDAO is no longer in its infancy.

It is over 2 years old.

We believe it is the right time for the DAO to change how it operates.

Many of the current processes made sense while the DAO was still an infant, but the same processes are now holding the DAO back from realizing its true potential.

It is time to fix this.

There are several full-time and dedicated teams working for Arbitrum, and some are bootstrapped directly from the DAO!

Currently, the dedicated teams are:

- Arbitrum Foundation
- Offchain Labs
- Gaming Catalyst Program
- Entropy Advisors
- OpCo (soon)

It is ample time to take advantage of them to lead and execute initiatives for the DAO.

Additionally, there are several very active contributors who are ready to execute with us, and having a dedicated team available to bolster them will only make it better for all involved.

Finally, the Arbitrum Foundation will be more active and opinionated in the governance process.

Our delegates, contributors & stakeholders have requested our help many, many, many, many times—in fact, for more than one year now—and it is really time for us to step up and offer all we can to make the DAO a success.
