A U.S. judge rules to formally hear the fraud case against DCG.

A New York judge ruled that New York State Attorney General Letitia James' civil securities fraud lawsuit against the cryptocurrency venture capital firm DCG and its executives can proceed to trial. The lawsuit accuses DCG, its subsidiary Genesis, former executives, and the exchange Gemini of concealing a $1 billion shortfall caused by the collapse of Three Arrows Capital. The court denied the defendants' request to dismiss the lawsuit.
