✦ ARC-133: Hard deprecate $Sei Astroport deployment ✦

ARC-133 intends to hard deprecate the Astroport deployment on the $Sei blockchain. If passed, users will be advised to withdraw liquidity within one month, after which $Sei will be removed from the Astroport dApp and excluded from vxASTRO emissions.

NOTE: Due to the recent Neutron Mercury upgrade decreasing block times, the voting period is unexpectedly short for this proposal. If this is not enough time, then the vote would be re-published with updated block time constraints.
