Messari Releases In-Depth Report on Starpower: User Count Surpasses One Million, Team's Paper Accepted by Nature

According to a message from TechFlow, on April 8, the energy DePIN project Starpower, supported by Solana Ventures, Alliance DAO, Framework Ventures, and others, announced significant progress in a special in-depth report by Messari. This includes the number of connected devices exceeding one million and the acceptance of the team’s paper by Nature.

The report mentions that Dr. Jia, co-founder of Starpower, along with the team, has had their research paper on nanostructured new energy accepted by the top international journal Nature Nanotechnology in March 2025, marking a substantial step forward in its technology development in the decentralized science (DeSci) field.

The report highlights that the three-stage "Proof" incentive mechanism proposed by Starpower is a core feature of its system design. In the first stage, "Connection Proof," users only need to connect their devices to the network and stay online to earn rewards, aiming to rapidly expand the network scale; upon entering the second stage, "Capacity Proof," the system begins to require data from devices on energy storage or generation capabilities, forming a real energy contribution curve; finally, in the "Response Proof" stage, user devices must respond to real-time dispatch signals to earn STAR rewards.
