Coinbase has resumed its lawsuit against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) after a court lifted the suspension order. The lawsuit, filed under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), accuses the FDIC of deliberately withholding key documents and not cooperating with Coinbase's information requests. Paul Grewal, Coinbase's chief legal officer, announced the development on the X platform.
