According to Wu Shuo, as reported by Newsis, the Seoul Administrative Court in South Korea has ruled to temporarily suspend the "three-month partial business suspension" penalty imposed by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) on Dunamu, the parent company of the cryptocurrency exchange Upbit. The court has approved Dunamu's administrative lawsuit and emergency suspension request, and the penalty will only be reinstated 30 days after the main case ruling takes effect. This means that new users of Upbit can continue to deposit and withdraw cryptocurrency assets.
