As a responsible validator we've consulted experts on 12087.
All 3 of the most experienced developers on #TerraClassic are saying no to upgrade from v0.46 to v0.50 for safety reasons. We think this should be heeded.
This concern has been pointed out many times to GL but they (as yet) have no answer, so if it goes wrong who will answer then. 🤔
Otherwise it's an OK prop.

Note: Many validators voting for this have no L1 competence themselves.
