We chose to vote 'No' on the 12087 proposal for reasons outlined below.

Importantly we consulted with @Genuine__Labs, @frag_dude and @TheVinhNguyen4 directly and all agreed that it was apparent that it 'may' not be possible to test SDK 0.50 using Terra Localnet with mainnet state.

Because the proposal says 'Only when all tasks listed above are finished, we will submit for a CP spend proposal', this could have left @Genuine__Labs in a position where they maybe would not have been able to be paid. So best not to leave them in this situation.

It is very important to test an upgrade to SDK 0.50 because even though the audit is completed, there is instability and no chain as large as #TerraClassic has been upgraded to this. Better to get it right, than rush and slip up. Stability is massively important. It was great to see all the active L1 developer contributors talking constructively.
