$INDEX holders have voted to deprecate ic21 citing intermittent technical issuance with 0x RFQ & redemption issues and lack of significant product market fit

ic21 will be rebalanced to 100% WETH for more efficient redemption. Holders can stay tuned for next steps once this rebalance is completed
