What happened?
An attacker 'somehow' got control of 3 multisig permissions and upgraded to a malicious contract to swipe the funds.
2️⃣ Tapioca DAO Gets Spoiled
- Loss:$4.4 Million
- What happened?
Attackers used social engineering to nab private keys, leading to the TAP token taking a 95% nosediving.
3️⃣ Account Compromises

- Lagrange's X Account
- Kabosumama's Instagram
- Zulu Network's X Account
4️⃣ Ambient Finance's DNS Hijacking
- What happened?
Their domain got hijacked. Users were told to steer clear of the frontend. When the project's own site says "don't use us," you know it's bad.
5️⃣ IBXtrade's Rug Pull
- What happened?
Raised over 160,000 SOL (~$24M) in a pre-sale, promised refunds, and it's gone....
Recommendations:
- Secure Your Accounts: Enable 2FA, use strong passwords, you know the drill.
- Beware of Phishing: Don't click on suspicious links—even if they come from "official" accounts.
