Strategic Update and Leadership Transition

In 2024, we made significant achievements, including launching our Parallel Bond (and our own form of lending assets to top players), growing to 350+ players, adding many features to @priming_xyz , and implementing a new tokenomics strategy.

We're now evolving to better serve our community and the @EchelonFND and @ParallelTCG ecosystems.

Our Councils have approved a strategic realignment focusing on our core strength: being the leading player-focused community, Bond, and analytics provider. This streamlined approach will:

* Reduce operational costs by 54%, bringing us very close to immediate profitability
* Focus resources on proven revenue streams
* Enable faster execution in key growth areas

As part of this realignment, @DeFi_Ted is stepping down as Lead Contributor, handing the reins to a trio of @0xMilamber , @jcrew_eth and @FlapJackson_. We thank Ted for his visionary leadership in building Paragons from the ground up, often against significant headwinds. He'll remain an advisor and PDT holder.

Our 2025 strategy centers on:

* Maximizing our opportunities with Echelon's 35M PRIME gameplay pool (still largely untapped) through the TCG and its mobile expansion, @ParallelColony, and Tau Ceti
* Expanding our successful Paragons Alliance and Priming analytics platform
* Wayfinder/PROMPT engagement (and alignment with a potentially meta-breaking ecosystem)
* Optimizing our treasury yields
* Selective expansion into promising ecosystems where incentives align

With a leaner structure and focus on creating value where we already know it counts, we're positioned for success in the growth stages of two strong ecosystems.
