Bitdeer (Nasdaq: BTDR) announced that its SEAL03 Bitcoin mining ASIC chip has achieved a testing efficiency of 9.7 J/TH, meeting the target of 10 J/TH. This chip is planned to be integrated into the SEALMINER A3 mining machine and is expected to enter mass production in Q2, although there remains uncertainty regarding its final energy efficiency. Additionally, Bitdeer paid TSMC $52.80 million in Q4 to complete the tape-out and revealed that it has developed two versions of the A3 chip. Currently, the company plans to increase its self-operated computing power to 32 EH/s by 2025 and provide 7 EH/s of capacity for external customers. (The Miner Mag)
