We are migrating token to resolve various, growth-stunting features in our previous token.

We chose $PROPHT as it has absolutely no social history.

It is us, & us only.

It is a piece of digital real estate which will overtime be an entire gallery of social proof, PNLs & updates for newcomers to efficiently view into our ecosystem without dilution from outside posts.

Additionally, it is close enough to our old ticker & branding, so that it still shows when searching on DEXs.

A feature almost every succesful token has in the space, is the team allocated supply upon launch.

This is a mistake we made upon the launch of $PROPHET back in Sept '23.

We had no tokens, vastly limiting what we could do in terms of business & ecosystem growth.

This is the last opportunity for us to ever do this, this is building & planning for the future.

Below, are the list of benefits that will come in doing so.

If there was anything that could potentially compete with the 'most important thing being making your users money' its the importance of understanding this is an attention economy.

Why do we have to stop at just organic PNLs to do our marketing?

If I spoke to every user individually, I would almost guarantee that almost half came from finding out from someone like Suppoman, someone like OD.

Whilst these aren't sustainable marketing tools, they are catalysts. Something we should capitalize on in events such as this product launch.

The amount of external awareness on our ecosystem & what we're building... plus the additional demand brought in on the token itself, is enough on it's own to carry the weight.

CEXs 🏦

What do we offer as a business?

• We offer a solution to the trading learning curve.
• We offer a solution to the lack of time that people have.
• We offer the ability to be one of the first to enter a token.

Who does this appeal to exactly?

Retail Retail.

And by that I mean, proper normies. Not crypto native traders. Actual normies.

Where do many of them buy tokens?

CEXs.

What is required for CEXs?

Token supply.

What do they do with this token supply?

Provide liquidity.

CEXs are a more important thing down the line once we're in the hundred-million MC territory, but I don't want us to be caught lacking down the line from being short sighted in the early days. I'd rather we were prepared adequately to get the deals done when the time comes.

Provides liquidity to existing, large bag holders.
Provides an opening, to new, interested, normie traders.

"Whats $PROPHT & why is it up 23% on this exchange? Lemme type it in on twitter... ooh it automatically finds, buys & sells shitcoin/memecoins for me! That looks cool, lemme try it out"

MarketMakers 🫂

Again, something for down the line but an important one I don't want to be caught shorthanded on when the time comes.

Market Makers = generate buy & sell volume on a chart, unmaliciously*, providing volume for traders to enter & exit amongst, whilst also acting as an attractive metric for outside investors looking in.

Almost every top coin in the space does this & for good reason. These aren't tokens that are sold directly onto the chart, the sells are matched 1:1 with buy volume.

*Unmaliciously = Many marketmakers are malicious & fake, such as almost all done on $SOL memes. Whereas something like Wintermute would bring the aforementioned benefits.

Team 💼

The quantity of this amongst the 20% increase, is very minimal. But worth touching on anyway.

I would like Prophet to become something beyond a startup one day.

Holdings in the project/company is something that has a very valuable effect in employee output. Done amongst the biggest companies in the world. That's for a reason.

It'd be nice to motivate the team & help them have a personal attachment to the project itself.

Motivating & improving product output. Leading to better results for the public users, and as a result, the token itself.

Whilst the allocation here will be very minor, I don't think this one really needs explaining but worth mentioning it anyway.

Future Liquidity Pool 💧

Whilst liquidity provisions come as a secondary through the other areas such as CEXs & MMs, direct provisions can also be done within our onchain LP.

Once we have a healthier cashflow upon $SOL AS launch, we can be more generous in pairing ETH with the token to the LP.

• Bigger liquidity.
• Easier trading.
• Attractive to outsiders.
• Doesn't cause any sell volume.

Main takeaways? ⚖️

There is a heavy imbalance in the amount of benefits this provides to almost every area of the project.

Very little, if any, will be seen on the chart for atleast a few months.

Migration Instructions

• You don't need to do a thing.
• Users will be airdropped their new tokens, 1:1
• Token remains on ETH.
• The new token CA will be posted & confirmed on both the official @ProphetBots & @BrwnPB page.
• Selling before the migration, will prevent any 📚 being airdropped to you.
• The snapshot will be done in the same minute as new token deployment to ensure buyers are safe to continue buying up until the moment.
• We are not giving a time, other than Monday 25th Nov, to avoid people trying to play the system.
• The same liquidity, will be added to the token.
• Liquidity will be locked on the token, almost immediately after airdrop completion.
• Dex links, CG & CMC will all be completed ASAP.

Migrations can be incredibly beneficial to a project if done right.

We're doing it the right way.

AutoSniper Fees

In removing token taxes to 0/0, the company remains without a revenue source.

We are currently processing approx ≈36,000,000 transactions per day on Solana for the latest market information.

We consume 8,000,000,000 computational units per month.

All in the name of automation & speed!

That being said, the computational & staffing costs must be sustained for progress & development to continue.

In doing so, it made more sense to raise the fees through AutoSniper Automated Buys & Sells to 5% for all users.

This should be a drop in the bucket amongst the anticipated profit levels.

Additionally, it serves as a fee only collected from the algorithm & software delivering results, as opposed to fees collected previously on speculation.

1% of this still remains to go entirely to user revenue share.

Overtime, this will be brought down to just the 1% for user revenue share & no fees for AI Tier.

With team snipers doing all the heavy lifting for revenue generation as we reach peak optimisation.

This may be sooner than you think!

In order to prep for new users & clean the onboarding process up.
