✅ Create a USDC/INTR pool to allow users to pay transaction fees on Interlay with $USDC

✅ Add $USDC as collateral asset for vaults, operating the iBTC bridge

✅Add qUSDC (tokenized lending position of $USDC) as collateral asset for vaults, operating the iBTC bridge
