Regarding the recent false statements made by Nekcom Games and Mr. Luo Yuxiang about Oneness Labs and $SHOWA, we would like to clarify the facts and address any concerns.

First and foremost, over the past four months, Oneness Labs has maintained close communication with Nekcom Games, the development team behind Showa American Story, and its senior leadership. We have engaged in extensive discussions with Nekcom Games’ executives, shareholders—including Luo Yuxiang himself—through video call meetings and tens of thousands of messages. These discussions have covered the token’s utility model, community management, and long-term development.

Nekcom Games has been fully aware of $SHOWA’s progress from the beginning. We reserve the right to disclose all relevant conversations, recordings, and messages as necessary.

Secondly, Oneness Labs has legitimately acquired equity in Nekcom Games through the purchase of shares previously owned by Mr. Troy Dunniway, the co-founder of Nekcom Games, thereby becoming one of its shareholders.

This acquisition has been confirmed by Troy Dunniway himself and is intended to further bridge Web3 and Web2, bringing innovative financial models to the gaming industry.

Denying Oneness Labs’ shareholder status and the legitimacy of $SHOWA is a malicious and dishonest act that severely undermines Oneness Labs’ rights as a shareholder. The actions of Nekcom Games and Luo Yuxiang have caused reputational and financial harm to Oneness Labs and all its stakeholders, and we will take immediate legal action to defend our rights.

$SHOWA is an innovative experiment initiated by the Showa American Story player community, pioneering the use of blockchain technology in traditional gaming.

Oneness Labs, having acquired a portion of the token supply, is further strengthening $SHOWA’s value by backing it with the equity it holds in Nekcom Games, including but not limited to a buyback mechanism.

This establishes $SHOWA as the world’s first truly RWA-backed gaming token, marking a groundbreaking milestone in the industry.

At the same time, $SHOWA has become one of the most widely held cryptocurrencies among Web2 players globally and is driving the traditional gaming industry into a new era.
