New fast gateways on WeaveVM -- 2.5x faster than legacy (and 10x faster from the cache).

We open sourced the WeaveVM gateway stack to make it possible to operate your own. With the launch of dApps like @relic_app, we needed to scale up content delivery to keep dApp performance smooth.

Data inside WeaveVM bundles is compressed, hex-encoded, and serialized to keep overhead low, but needs to be reconstituted in a browser-friendly format.

This new kind of gateway handles decoding out-of-the-box, and has an on-node cache for speedy retrieval of data that has been loaded before.
