Traditionally this has been achieved by manipulating a limited amount of lights due to performance constraints, but we’ve developed a solution that combines shading and lighting in each material.
We call it the MegaStylizer. It allows developers, artists, and even players to achieve the exact visual style they want for their assets and environments by using available presets. They also have the ability to get deeper and modify the actual shader properties.
