The group, composed of 12 lawyers and scholars, will participate in discussions at the SEC headquarters in Washington, D.C., on Friday, March 21, from 1 PM to 5 PM local time. The meeting will be hosted by Troy Paredes, founder of Paredes Strategies LLC, with attendees including Collins Belton, managing partner at Brookwood, and Sarah Brennan, an executive at Delphi Ventures.
