According to ZachXBT, Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen's early activated $XRP addresses still hold over 2.70 billion $XRP (approximately 7.18 billion USD). These addresses associated with Larsen transferred over 109 million USD worth of $XRP to exchanges in January 2025. Some related addresses have remained inactive for a long time, while others have become active. Larsen previously faced a hacker attack in 2024, resulting in a loss of 112 million USD, with the specific ownership of the assets still unclear.
