Network3 signs a $50 million strategic partnership to accelerate its global deployment of Edge AI.

Odaily Planet Daily reported that the decentralized Edge AI project Network3 announced on February 19 at the Hong Kong Consensus Conference a $50 million strategic cooperation with HashPower, Aethir, and others to jointly promote the innovative integration of DePIN and artificial intelligence. The cooperation will focus on three main directions:

• Resource Collaboration: Integrating Network3's 620 thousand active nodes globally with HashPower's GPU computing power cluster exceeding $100 million, to provide AI developers with a low-cost, high-flexibility distributed computing network;
• Technical Breakthroughs: Collaborating with Aethir, DMC.AI, and other protocols to develop edge AI model training and inference frameworks, overcoming performance bottlenecks in decentralized edge computing scenarios;
• Ecological Co-construction: Linking mainstream exchanges and investment institutions through the DePIN X "Supernode Program" to promote a deep integration of $N3 with AI application scenarios.

Highlights of the AI & DePIN Powerhouse Conference. The conference attracted over 2,000 industry participants, and the core achievements of Network3 sparked heated discussions:

• The N3 computing network's mainnet launched one month ago, with a GPU Total Value Locked (TVL) nearing $70 million and a monthly revenue of $3.50 million;
• Node scale surpassed 620 thousand, covering 182 countries worldwide;
• Mining cluster expansion: over 9,500 mining machines connected on-chain, focusing on optimizing AI inference efficiency;
• N3 launched on top exchanges: simultaneously launching on Bybit, Gate.io, and BingX on January 22, 2025, resulting in a comprehensive upgrade of token liquidity;
• Secured $5.50 million in early-stage financing: the "hardware network + AI protocol layer" dual-driven model has been validated.

Network3 founder Rock stated, "Web3 is transitioning from 'data capitalization' to the 'ubiquity of intelligence' phase.
