DeSci is continuously evolving, and market enthusiasm shifts back and forth. By the next wave of market attention, traders will witness a more robust and vibrant DeSci ecosystem.

$SciHub Community and Sci-Hub are actively building and evolving!

I have been bullish about Decentralized Science (#DeSci) for some time and have been knee-deep in researching them with the @Blockcircle alpha community for quite some time, I have allocated a portion of my portfolio across multiple DeSci projects.

#DeSci is not being discussed much at all, and cumulative global search volume and popularity have been at high levels recently, exactly like AI Agents recently, even though it's not as popular as AI Agents.

I will introduce it the same way I introduced AI Agents, which was an excellent pursuit.

Here is the way I view it, there are three opportunity areas:

$BIO is a protocol designed to fund and provide liquidity to Decentralized Science (DeSci) DAOs, such as ValleyDAO, VitaDAO, and CryoDAO, while fostering their growth through access to resources and networks.

Formerly known as “https://t.co/3nrjXAG917” and operating under the Molecule 1 umbrella, BIO facilitated over $30 million in funding for bioDAOs.

Recently, it has transitioned into an independent decentralized protocol dedicated to science funding and liquidity.

There are many biological DAOs that will give you broad exposure to a basket of DeSci projects they are supporting, such as:

For example, one of the interesting ones is AthenaDAO, which works closely with Molecule on IP-NFTs, which bridge Intellectual Property and NFTs.

Additionally, AthenaDAO is exploring other Web3 innovations, including zero-knowledge proofs and decentralized data storage solutions.

These are four real DeSci projects that have successfully raised capital on the Molecule/Catalyst platform and are being led by actual scientific researchers, doctors, and universities.

This includes $CRISPR from @crisprAI and @Nuclease_DAO, I have written about this before, and will write more soon about why it could be disruptive

In this area, there are also crypto native DeSci projects which are very interesting to me, like $SciHub @SciHubFans, which was a meme token which donated 20% to the actual SciHub which was worth $20M and SciHub embraced the donation beautifully, they even featured it on their home page.

SciHub is a scientific resource of journals and publications used by 80M scientists worldwide. Monica DAO might end up becoming the DeSci mascot for BIO and the wider BIO ecosystem as well.
