Metaplanet financed this Bitcoin purchase by issuing 4 billion yen zero-coupon bonds to EVO FUND, which will mature in August 2025.
Furthermore, to further fund its $BTC purchases, the company has also approved the issuance of stock acquisition rights for Series 13 to Series 17, totaling 21 million shares, divided into five batches, with each batch consisting of 4.20 million shares.
