Trail of Bits Discloses Vulnerabilities in Shamir’s Secret Sharing Implementations

Trail of Bits has disclosed two vulnerabilities in the Shamir’s Secret Sharing implementation used in Binance’s threshold signature scheme library (tss-lib) and its active forks. The affected repositories include Binance’s tss-lib, Clover Network’s threshold-crypto, Keep Network’s keep-ecdsa, Swingby’s tss-lib, THORchain’s tss-lib, and ZenGo X’s implementation. These vulnerabilities could potentially impact the security of the systems using these libraries.
