Bitget has obtained a VASP license from the Bulgarian National Tax Service, allowing it to offer a range of cryptocurrency services in Bulgaria, such as trading, transfers, custody, public offerings, and wallet services. Hon Ng, Bitget's Chief Legal Officer, emphasized the company's commitment to providing efficient and compliant services across the EU, aligning with regulatory frameworks like MiCA. Bitget plans to focus on global expansion by 2025, ensuring compliance with regional standards to build user trust and support sustainable growth.

PANews reported on February 14 that Bitget has officially obtained a VASP license issued by the Bulgarian National Tax Service. With the VASP license, Bitget will be able to provide comprehensive cryptocurrency services in Bulgaria, including trading, transfers, custody, public offerings, and wallet services.
