According to court documents, Bunker Partner applied for a freezing order on the 20 million US dollars in the FOMO Pay account, seeking to prohibit FOMO Pay from dealing, transferring, or otherwise disposing of the funds. The application was submitted by First Digital Trust Limited and DBS Bank Ltd Singapore. FOMO Pay is a major payment institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
