Litecoin: NYSE has submitted the Grayscale LTC ETF's 19b-4 filing application to the SEC.

According to Wu, Litecoin stated on the official X platform that the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has submitted a Rule 19b-4 change request to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to advance the conversion of the Grayscale Litecoin Trust ($LTC Trust) into a spot ETF. It is reported that the 19b-4 application refers to a rule change proposal submitted to the SEC, typically by an exchange (such as NYSE or Nasdaq), to list new financial products (such as ETFs).
