Solana-based Jupiter Exchange is set to airdrop 700 million JUP tokens in January to reward community participation and boost engagement. The airdrop, announced by founder Lochie Jarvis, will be divided into allocations for swap volume, trading expertise, and community-driven incentives. Eligible users will receive rewards based on contributions such as onboarding new members and participating in forums. The airdrop will occur between January 18 and 24, with an airdrop checker tool available for transparency. Additionally, Jupiter Exchange plans to burn 30% of its tokens in January 2025. The JUP token has seen a 20% price increase recently, with a current price of $0.95. The exchange recorded $3.15 billion in trading volume in the last 24 hours.
