The South Korean police are investigating Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and eight others.

The Emergency Martial Law Special Investigation Team of the National Investigation Headquarters of the National Police Agency of Korea has conducted an investigation into 9 individuals, including Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, who is acting as the President. These individuals participated in cabinet meetings before and after the emergency martial law. Among the 9 investigated, in addition to President Yoon Suk-yeol, former Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-kyun, and Minister of Unification Kim Yeon-chul, the list includes Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Choi Sang-mok, Minister of Justice Park Sung-jae, former Minister of the Interior and Safety Lee Sang-min, Minister of Foreign Affairs Park Jin, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Jeong Hwang-geun, Minister of Health and Welfare Cho Kyu-hong, Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups Woo Yeon-soo, and Director of the National Intelligence Service Park Ji-won.
