eToro's cryptocurrency trading volume increased by over 500% year-on-year in November. eToro CEO Yoni Assia stated in an interview during Abu Dhabi Finance Week that this reflects the bullish sentiment among retail investors. Assia pointed out that customer engagement significantly increases whenever there is a new historical high. In September, the company reached a $1.50 million settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Assia indicated that this settlement does not hinder the company's relisting of assets in the U.S., especially in light of expectations that the Trump administration will ease cryptocurrency regulations. Additionally, reports on December 6 suggested that eToro has engaged Goldman Sachs to assist the company with a potential listing as early as the second quarter.
