Odaily Planet Daily News - The publicly listed Bitcoin mining company BIT Mining has announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire a 51 trillion watt mining data center in Ethiopia and 17,869 Bitcoin mining machines, with a total consideration of 14.28 million USD, including a cash payment of 2.27 million USD and the issuance of Class A common shares with a par value of 0.00005 USD (total value of 12.02 million USD).
