Coinbase Chief Policy Officer Faryar Shirzad told CNBC that crypto legislation will be passed fairly quickly in Congress after Trump takes office, and the United States will have the most pro-crypto Congress in history. Shirzad expects "significant movement and hopefully passage of both market structure legislation and stablecoin legislation" in 2025.
