Odaily Planet Daily reports that Australian mining company Swan Bitcoin has filed a lawsuit against a group of former employees and consultants, accusing them of orchestrating and executing a secret scheme to "steal" its lucrative Bitcoin mining business with the help of Tether.

Swan Bitcoin claims that six of its former employees stole its trade secrets (including "proprietary code," hash rate optimization techniques, and financial models) and used them to create an "illegally copied company" of Swan's Bitcoin mining business—Proton Management, all of which was allegedly sanctioned by Tether.
