DeFi protocol Phoenix developer Ellipsis Labs launches Atlas testnet.

Odaily Planet Daily News: Solana-based DeFi protocol Phoenix developer Ellipsis Labs announced the launch of the DeFi-optimized $Atlas testnet. $Atlas utilizes the Solana virtual machine as the execution layer, settles on the Ethereum mainnet, and is compatible with existing Solana programs.
